Your rajaremi account houses all activity across football sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports markets. Account Settings is where you manage profile information, update payment methods, review transaction history, and control security features. We design rajaremi Account Settings to be self-service. You can reset your password, update your registered email, change your phone number, add or remove payment rails (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and review every transaction logged to your account. Profile Information and Basic Settings

The Profile tab in rajaremi Account Settings displays your registered name, email, phone number, and account creation date. This section allows you to edit your name and contact email — the email must be unique across rajaremi and is used for password resets and account recovery. If you change your registered email, we send a confirmation link to the new address; you must verify it before the update takes effect.

Your phone number serves as a secondary contact and is required for KYC verification. If you change phone numbers, update this field to ensure withdrawal requests and account notifications reach the correct device. rajaremi does not use SMS for two-factor authentication (2FA) by default, but some withdrawal methods may require you to confirm a code sent to your registered phone.

Currency display on rajaremi defaults to IDR (Indonesian rupiah). You cannot change your account currency after creation, so all balances, transactions, and odds are quoted in IDR. If you transferred funds from abroad or used a multi-currency card, the conversion occurred at deposit time; your rajaremi balance reflects the IDR amount credited.

KYC Verification Process

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. rajaremi requires government-issued photo ID and proof of address. The photo ID must be current and clearly display your full name, date of birth, and ID number. Accepted documents include KTP (Indonesian ID card), passport, or driving license.

Proof of address can be a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months. The document must show your registered name and address. If your current address differs from the ID, provide both — rajaremi will accept either as valid proof.

Upload both documents through the Verification tab in Account Settings. Our system scans them automatically; most verifications complete within one business day. If the scan is unclear or the information mismatches your profile, we request a resubmission. Once verified, your account gains withdrawal privileges immediately.

Verification is permanent

Once KYC approval is confirmed, you do not need to re-verify unless you update your name or registered address. rajaremi retains your verified status for the lifetime of your account.

Payment Methods and Deposit/Withdrawal Setup

rajaremi's Payment Methods section lists all active deposit and withdrawal rails. We support nine Indonesian payment options:

We also accept mobile banking (Bank Negara Indonesia) bank transfers. When you add a payment method, rajaremi stores your account details securely. For wallet-based methods (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), no permanent storage occurs — each transaction initiates a new session with the payment provider, and you authorize the transfer in their app.

For bank transfers, you may be asked to link your account once. After linking, subsequent deposits and withdrawals use the stored account number. You can edit or remove payment methods anytime in Account Settings. Removing a method does not affect past transactions — your history remains intact.

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by method. Wallet-based deposits typically allow our welcome offer to our welcome offer per transaction. Bank transfers may have lower minimums (our welcome offer) but may carry per-transaction caps depending on your bank. rajaremi displays limits when you select a method.

Withdrawals follow the same payment rails. Your withdrawal amount must exceed our minimum threshold (typically our welcome offer). Processing times vary: e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment usually settle within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank's processing capacity.

Transaction History and Game Logs

rajaremi records every deposit, withdrawal, and game session in your account. The Transaction History tab displays a complete ledger searchable by date, amount, type (deposit/withdrawal/game loss/game win), and status (pending/completed/rejected).

Each deposit entry shows the payment method used, the amount credited, and the timestamp. Each withdrawal entry shows the requested amount, your chosen payment method, and whether the transfer has completed or is pending. Game session entries log the product (football sportsbook, live blackjack, Aviator slot, etc.), the stake, the outcome, and the final balance after that session.

You can export your transaction history as a CSV file for tax or record-keeping purposes. rajaremi retains complete transaction logs indefinitely; you can review activity from your account creation date forward. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or any holiday period, your transaction history remains unaffected — we do not delete or archive records during seasonal breaks.

Security and Password Management

Your password is your only gate to your account. rajaremi enforces strong passwords (minimum 8 characters, mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). Change your password anytime from the Security tab in Account Settings. The system requires your current password before confirming a new one, preventing unauthorized changes if someone gains temporary access to your device.

If you forget your password, visit the login page and select "Forgot Password". rajaremi sends a reset link to your registered email. Click the link, set a new password, and you regain immediate access. This process bypasses SMS or phone authentication — your email is your primary recovery method. Keep your email address current in Account Settings to ensure you never lose access.

rajaremi uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all data in transit. Your password, payment details, and personal information are encrypted between your device and our servers. We do not store plain-text passwords — only encrypted hashes. If you suspect unauthorized account access, change your password immediately and contact our support team for review.

Preferences and Notification Settings

rajaremi Account Settings includes a Preferences section where you control notifications and display options. You can enable or disable email alerts for deposits, withdrawals, game wins, and password changes. If you play during Liga 1 seasons and want tournament updates, you can subscribe to fixture notifications for your followed teams.

Display preferences include language (English by default for en-ID builds), theme (light/dark), and decimal or fractional odds notation. These choices persist across all your sessions — if you switch devices, your preferences follow you after login.

You can also manage game-session preferences here — auto-play settings for slots, sound alerts for live blackjack, and card-display size for Bingo games. These do not affect your balance or game rules, only the user experience.

Account Status and Closure

Your account status displays in Account Settings — "Active", "Suspended", or "Closed". A suspended account cannot place bets, play games, or deposit funds, but you can still withdraw your remaining balance. Suspensions occur if we detect terms violation. A closed account is permanent — all activity ceases, your balance is forfeited (unless you withdraw first), and you cannot reopen the account.

To close your account, navigate to the Account Status section and select "Close Account". rajaremi will ask you to confirm and may request a withdrawal of your remaining balance before final closure. Once confirmed, the account is disabled and cannot be reopened under the same email or phone number.

Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and all supported jurisdictions can manage their account status independently. If your jurisdiction's access status changes due to law or regulation, rajaremi will notify you through your registered email and may suspend or close your account in compliance.

Account Integration Across rajaremi Products

Your single rajaremi account balances all activity — Liga 1 football bets, Piala AFF markets, Champions League odds, live blackjack, Bingo, slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile). Account Settings reflects combined balances and unified transaction history across all products.

A deposit funds every game type. A win in one product can be immediately used in another — you do not maintain separate wallets or rebalance between sections. Withdrawals pull from your total account balance, regardless of which product generated the winnings.
